Master’s Thesis

My Master’s thesis is a multi-part project on the Public Hospital at Colonial Williamsburg. I am working with the museum to write and publish a free self-guided tour of the Historic Area which showcases community collaboration in the development and construction of America’s first psychiatric hospital. I am also creating a corresponding virtual tour which can be taken from anywhere and will delve further into the topic. Finally, I am writing a paper on the historiography and methods of the project for other academic historians.
